This beautiful and charming short-medium necklace in gold brass with labradorite and a herkimer diamond is from the "Star of the Winds" collection and is inspired by the Northern Star + the Compass Rose (also known as windrose or rose of the winds). 
It's a classy, mysterious piece of jewellery that holds the magic of the constellations and in particular of Ursa Minor, the constellation of the Northern Star, the Polaris Star. With her light she's been guiding travelers and seamen for thousands of years, a fixed point in the dark sky, keeping them safe from losing the way.

This charming mysterious Northern Star Polaris necklace is handmade by me with the metal smithing technique, working the brass by hand.
