This simple ginkgo leaf pendant is easy to wear in any occasion, in particular it's perfect for casual outfits like on a white t-shirt or blouse.

Ginkgo biloba tree is one of the oldest tree in the world, and it's the symbol of longevity, resistance and rebirth. It's a living fossil because it's around since Jurassic and Cretaceous periods. Each tree can live for over a thousand years!
Its name in Chinese means "silver apricot".
Since it survived the atomic bombs in Japan, this tree brings hope and is the symbol of the city of Tokyo.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE: The shape of each piece and the shades created by the flame on silver are slightly irregular since their handmade nature. 
 
THE TECHNIQUE
This gold and green pendant is handmade by me with the metal smithing technique, working the metal by hand.
